What is Santorissi bedding made from?
Each collection is woven from carefully chosen fibres sourced from Europe's most respected mills. Our MONET collection is crafted from 100% MicroModal — a botanic fibre finer than cotton and closer to silk, with a cool, fluid drape and a quiet, natural sheen. Every fabric we work with is chosen for one thing above all: how it feels against the skin, night after night.
Why is each piece made to order?
We don't produce to stock. Every piece is cut and sewn by hand, especially for you, only once your order is placed. It is slower by design — but it is what lets us hold each piece to a standard most brands only talk about, and offer bedding that exists nowhere else.
How long will my order take to arrive?
As each piece is handmade, production takes 1–3 weeks before your order is dispatched. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days within Europe, 3–7 to the United States, and 1–3 weeks elsewhere. Need it sooner? Write to us before ordering and we will arrange express delivery.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide. Delivery is complimentary on orders over €300, with a €20 flat rate below that. For orders outside the EU and the United States, any import duties or local taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I care for my bedding?
Simply machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or line dry. No dry cleaning, no special treatment. And unlike cotton, which wears down over time, MicroModal grows softer with every wash — so your bedding only becomes more beautiful with the years.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The fabric is exceptionally gentle — smooth against skin and hair, with far less friction than cotton. Our MONET collection carries OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification: independently tested and verified free from harmful substances, safe against even the most delicate skin.
What sizes and pieces do you offer?
We offer complete bedding for single, double, king and teen beds, alongside individual duvet covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases — so you can build the exact configuration your bed calls for. If you are unsure which size is right, write to us and we will guide you.
What is your returns policy?
As a consumer in the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. As our bedding rests against the skin, items can be accepted back only unused, unwashed and in their original sealed packaging. Faulty or incorrect pieces are always put right.
