We want you to love your Santorissi. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Simply email us at hello@santorissi.com within that time and we will guide you through the next steps.
Condition of returned items
As our bedding rests directly against the skin, hygiene is essential. For this reason, an item can be accepted back only if it is returned unused, unwashed and undamaged, with its protective seal intact and in fully resaleable condition. Once that seal has been opened, the piece can no longer be offered to another home, and we are regretfully unable to accept it.
How to return
- Email hello@santorissi.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- We will confirm the return address and full instructions.
- Send the item back in its original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we review every request within 3 business days. If everything is in order, your refund is issued to the same payment method used for your original purchase.
Faulty or incorrect items
Every piece is checked by hand before it leaves us. Should anything arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days and we will put it right — by repair, replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
