the art of sleep
Some things are worth slowing down for. The fabric your skin meets every night is one of them.

Santorissi is made from a single, exceptional cloth: MONET, a 100% MicroModal woven in Italy by Martinelli Ginetto — a mill perfecting its craft since 1947. We chose one fabric and committed to it entirely, rather than spreading thin across many. This is the one we would sleep in ourselves.
Finer than cotton, closer to silk — without silk's fragility.
What is MicroModal?
Modal is a botanic fibre, spun from the pulp of beechwood. The "micro" means exceptionally fine threads — which is what gives the cloth its liquid drape and quiet, natural sheen. Against the skin it feels cool and impossibly soft; it breathes, regulating temperature through the night. And unlike cotton, which wears down, modal grows softer with every wash.
Woven in Italy
At 110 g/m² in a satin weave, the cloth has weight and a subtle lustre — the feel of something made to last. Because it is woven on a generous 305 cm loom, even our largest covers fall without a central seam: a small luxury you feel, not just see.
Gentle, and proven so
MicroModal is kind to sensitive skin and hair — less friction, fewer creases. It carries OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification (VL-5071): independently tested and verified free from harmful substances, safe against even the most delicate skin.
This is the foundation of everything we make. The rest is simply
